Our facility offers expert guidance on using Ozempic and tirzepatide treatments for effective weight management. Monthly check-ins with Dr. Deanne Long provide close monitoring of progress with a body scan on our scale to determine if you are losing the right kind of weight and ensuring a healthy weight loss journey, adjustments to treatment plans if needed, and ongoing encouragement. Patients are also supported with education on lifestyle changes, such as nutrition and exercise, to complement their medical weight loss journey and achieve sustainable results.
What Programs are Available?
We offer both monthly and weekly plans for both Semaglutide and Tirzepatide medications. For those patients who are able to administer their own weekly dose of medication at home, a monthly plan allows you to monitor at home, and do a monthly check in and scan with Dr Long. At your monthly check in visits, medication doses are adjusted if needed and you are sent home with that month's medication doses
For patients that are not able to administer their own medication at home, we offer a weekly plan that allows you to meet with one of our nursing providers to administer the dose and offer a weekly body scan to monitor progress.
