Preparing For Your Massage

Massage Pre and Post Care Instructions

RECOVERY TIME: Avoid strenuous activity for 12-24 hours

NOTICEABLE RESULTS: Decreased muscle stiffness, less pain or soreness

NUMBER OF TREATMENTS NEEDED: Every 1-4 weeks depending on treatment plan and desired results. Packages available  

PRE CARE INSTRUCTIONS

Arrive to your massage hydrated.

Arrive clean and free of any products on your skin.

Avoid eating a large meal at least 1 hour prior to your treatment.

We recommend adding CBD or CBN for enhanced relaxation or deeper tissue massages.

POST CARE INSTRUCTIONS

Drink plenty of water to reduce the buildup of toxin release in the body. We recommend drinking half of your body weight in ounces post massage. For those struggling with dehydration we recommend pairing this with a hydrating IV drip with our RN Injector either the day prior or post massage. 

Avoid strenuous activity for 12-24 hours after.

Avoid alcohol and caffeine for the remainder of the day. 

For areas with inflammation your therapist ma recommend doing an alternating ice and heat therapy.
