Must be off antibiotics for at least 2 weeks prior to your treatment.

Plan procedures 2-3 weeks before important events.

No dental work 2 weeks prior to your treatment.

If possible, come to your appointment with a clean face, free of make-up.

We will not treat you with dermal fillers/injectables if you are pregnant, breastfeeding, or leaving town within 24 hours.

An annual good faith exam will be performed with the initial intake for all patients being seen at Zodiac Spa. This initial intake exam can cover a single service or multiple that you are interested in such as botox, dermal filler, microneedling, and laser. The exam with our provider is $50 and is waived when signing up for one of our memberships like the Gemini or with a full syringe of filler.
